Building:

(1) The first step in our project is to seek donations to purchase land in Tanzania. We are looking to purchase 5 - 10 acres of land, to accomodate Elisac Center, which will be a safe heaven for children in need.

(2) We will meet with architects to design a building to house the children. On the lower left of your screen you can see the current floor plan for the center, designed by Kelly McKinney.

(3) Start construction!

Our goal is to have Elisac Center for Children open by 2008 in Tanzania, Africa. We believe that with your help and prayers, our dream to help Tanzanian children will come true.

We have decided that the first center will be built in the Kilimanjaro Region,Tanzania.
The second center will be in the Iringa region.

Due to the constant drought in Tanzania we must also drill a well so we can have our own water supply.

We believe that people like you, partners, and sponsers will come out and raise up like warriors to help children in Tanzania who need our help.

Though we can't all be there physically, your financial help can. A donation of any kind small or large, will greatly impact these children that we so desperately seek to help.

May God Bless you!!!

Statistics

1 in 6 people in Tanzania are living with AIDS. The scale of the AIDS orphan crisis is somewhat masked by time lag between when parents become infected and when they die

If as expected the number of adults dying of AIDS rises over the next decade, an increasing number of orphans will grow up without  parental guidance and love.

Life expectancy in Tanzania will drop from 56 to 47 years old by 2010.

The total number of orphans due to AIDS is 2,000,000.

15% are 0-4 years old

35% are 5-9 years old

50% are 10-14 years old.
